Incredible Expeditions and Technologies provides travel planning and safari booking services, including assistance with safari permits, accommodation, transport, and related arrangements. Safari permits and park access are subject to availability and governed by the respective forest department rules.

2. Bookings and Payments
Payments are accepted online to confirm bookings. Depending on the itinerary, payments may be collected as advance or full payment. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary based on destination, safari permits, accommodation policies, and the time of cancellation. Safari permits are generally non-refundable. Any applicable refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Service Delivery
Services are delivered as per the confirmed itinerary and travel dates shared with the customer after payment confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability
Incredible Expeditions and Technologies acts as a booking and coordination service provider and shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third-party service providers, forest authorities, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
